Orders & Shopping

Simply browse our website, select your items, choose your size, and click 'Add to Cart.' When you are ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please email us at info@epboutique.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
A: Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at info@epboutique.store with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will resend it.
A: Yes! You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your information, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times are:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $5.99. Expedited shipping is $12.99 and Express shipping is $19.99.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package. You can also log into your E&P Boutique account to view your order status.
We are sorry to hear that! Please check with neighbors or building management first. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you still cannot locate it, email us at info@epboutique.store and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and free from any stains or odors. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Email us at info@epboutique.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization number and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Yes! We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Follow the same return process and let us know what you would like instead. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: sale/clearance items marked Final Sale, intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), and gift cards.

Products & Sizing

We recommend checking our Size Guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can also email us at info@epboutique.store and our team will be happy to help you find the right size.
We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor and screen settings. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Some popular items do get restocked! You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media for restock announcements. Items are not guaranteed to be restocked, so we recommend purchasing when you see something you love.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Yes! We regularly run promotions and offer exclusive discount codes to our email subscribers and social media followers. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to never miss a deal.
