Return & Refund Policy

At E&P Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

3.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

        Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

        Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

        All original tags are still attached.

        Item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other stains.

        Item is in its original packaging (if applicable).

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

        Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale.

        Intimates, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

        Gift cards.

        Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

3.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

        Step 1: Email us at info@epboutique.store with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

        Step 2: Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

        Step 3: Pack your item securely and include your RA number on the outside of the package.

        Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

3.4 Refunds

        Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email within 5 business days.

        Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

        Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

        If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

3.5 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item/size/color you would like instead. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

3.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@epboutique.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
