E&P Boutique currently ships to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $75 | $5.99 on orders under $75.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99 flat rate.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volume.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. You can also log into your E&P Boutique account to view your order status.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. E&P Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@epboutique.store before your order is processed.
E&P Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, please:
• Check with neighbors or building management for the package.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
• File a claim with the carrier if necessary.
• Contact us at info@epboutique.store so we can assist you as best we can.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
